Zoo Brew 2025: Flight of the Monarchs
At Zoo Brew, presented by KeyBank, you’ll wander through 125 acres of naturalistic habitats, sip on seasonal selections from Midwest breweries, enjoy live music from local artists and experience a one-of-a-kind night out in Metro Detroit — plus get to know all about the North American monarch conservation.
VIP ticket holders get to enjoy Zoo Brew a full hour earlier (6 p.m.) during a special experience featuring 14 tastings, a commemorative coaster and VIP Lounge access (food included).

What's New
This year, Zoo Brew is raising a glass to the monarch butterfly! One of nature’s most dazzling pollinators, you’ll get the chance to explore how the Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) works with Saving Animals From Extinction (SAFE) to restore native habitats, track butterfly migrations and create safe havens for these delicate travelers.
We’ve also increased the number of beer tastings from six 5 oz cups to 10 3 oz cups, giving you even more opportunities to sample and discover new favorite brews.
