Hop on down to the Detroit Zoo and join us for our first after-hours event of the year! Zoo Brew, presented by KeyBank, features a local selection of delicious brews to enjoy as you adventure through the Zoo’s 125 acres.

What’s New at Zoo Brew 2024?

Zoo Brew 2024 is all about frogs! Explore how the Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) supports exciting conservation projects to protect Panamanian golden frogs alongside partners like Project Golden Frog and the El Valle Amphibian Conservation Center in Panama. Since 2015, DZS staff have made several trips to Panama to assist with setting up research and breeding centers to facilitate future reintroductions!

This year’s event will also bring back the Zoo Brew VIP location! Located in the Main Picnic Grove, VIP guests will enjoy exclusive drink selections just a short hop from the main entrance.

DD VIP ticketholders are not permitted to consume alcohol at the event.

At the Detroit Zoo, animals have the freedom to decide where they want to spend time within their habitats — whether indoors, outdoors or in hidden areas. Although habitats will be open during your visit, some animals may choose to stay out of sight.
