The Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) is throwing a Party for the Planet — and you’re invited!

Hosted in partnership with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and other AZA-accredited organizations, Party for the Planet aims to connect families to nature through activities and events that improve the world around us. With more than 120 participating zoos and aquariums, Party for the Planet is poised to be the largest combined Earth Day celebration in North America.

This spring, the Detroit Zoo and Belle Isle Nature Center will embrace Party for the Planet and celebrate the environment with several eco-friendly events focused on sustainability, conservation and keeping our planet green. With the promise of earth-friendly crafts, hands-on activities and much more, this is one party you’ll want to RSVP “yes” to.
