The Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) is throwing a Party for the Planet — and you’re invited!

Hosted in partnership with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and other AZA-accredited organizations, Party for the Planet is the largest combined Earth Day celebration in North America. This spring, the Detroit Zoo and Belle Isle Nature Center will embrace Party for the Planet and celebrate the environment with several eco-friendly events focused on sustainability, conservation and keeping our planet green. This is one party you’ll want to RSVP “yes” to.

Do I need to purchase tickets to Party for the Planet?

All Party for the Planet events at the Detroit Zoo are included with your Zoo admission purchase and are free for members. The E-Recycling Event at the Detroit Zoo and the Green Day celebration at the Belle Isle Nature Center are free and open to the general public.
