Sunset at the Zoo Afterglow

On Friday, June 17, more than 1,900 of metro Detroit’s most stylish people turned out for the area’s "wildest bash this side of the Mesozoic era", Sunset at the Zoo presented by Strategic Staffing Solutions.

Whether dancing to the cool sounds of Larry Lee and Back in the Day, enjoying gourmet fare from metro Detroit’s finest restaurants or bidding on high-end prizes at the Sunset silent auction, this year’s revelers had a great time “partying like it was 65,000,000 B.C.” in support of the Detroit Zoo.

The VIP Reception at Dinosauria kicked off the festivities, and later, guests tried their luck with Sunset Keys for fabulous prizes. The evening’s highlights included exciting bidding during the spectacular Sunset live auction and delicious zoo-themed specialty drinks.
