Mimic Poison Frog

(Ranitomeya imitator)

At the Detroit Zoo, mimic poison frogs share a habitat with other species of poison frogs. These frogs are native to the rainforests of northern and northeastern Peru. They are skilled climbers, highly active and known to make high-pitched vocalizations.
