Before You Dive In

To help us care for the aquatic animals guests must follow all posted signage and staff instructions. A few rules to note:

  • All guests must rinse their arms up to their elbows as they enter the building to protect the animals' sensitive skin.
  • Strollers, wagons, food, and drinks are not permitted inside the building.
  • To help protect animal health and maintain biosecurity standards, personal hand sanitizer may not be used inside the building.
  • All guests must remove jewelry from any hand they plan to put into the pool to prevent injuring the animals.
  • Stingrays eat a variety of fish, including crustaceans. The feed activity is not recommended for those with shellfish allergies.
