2025 Greenprize Application
GreenPrize Awardees — Eligibility Criteria
Obtain a letter of commitment from the school’s administrator stating:
Their approval to utilize the lunchroom for the Zero Waste School Lunch bundle
Their commitment to support staff to organize and students to execute
They understand the award requires no financial commitment from the school
Their commitment for their school to apply to the Michigan Green Schools Program
Establish a Green Team (or similar student-led team) with a designated adult Facilitator.
Commit a minimum number of student participants to implement the GreenPrize bundle.
Commit to apply to the Michigan Green Schools Program for 2026 and provide verification of application. Applications are open
