The Detroit Zoo and the City of Royal Oak are pleased to offer alternative parking locations on busy days.

Oakland Community College Parking Structure – Free parking with free shuttle

• 739 S. Washington St. in Royal Oak
• Free Shuttle Service 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Final Shuttle departs the Zoo at 4:30 p.m.
• This parking structure closes at 4:45p.m.
• Vehicles MUST depart before 4:45 p.m. to avoid after hours fee

Directions from the Zoo

• Turn North on Woodward Ave.
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S Washington Ave.
• Travel North East on S Washington
• Enter parking garage on the right (S.E. corner of Lincoln and Washington Ave.)
