Where Trees Mean More Than Shade
Every tree planted on this trip starts the same way: as a seed, raised by a local agronomist in Iquitos. By the time you arrive, it’s ready to move. You’ll carry it into the hands of the family that will plant it on their land.
These aren’t ornamental trees. They’re breadfruit. Star apple. Mango. Citrus. Grown not just to reforest land, but to feed children, create income and restore balance to ecosystems once cleared for farming.
And yes, you’ll get muddy.
