Celebrate Giving Zoo Day on Tuesday, November 28 with a gift that you can chimpan-see!

This year the Detroit Zoo is raising funds to build a climbing structure for the chimpanzees who live in the Great Apes of Harambee.

The climbing structure will be expansive and complex to nurture chimps of every generation – from infant Tai and juveniles Jane and Zane to adults like Ajua and Abby and seniors Trixie and Bubbles. It will be built to last and help the troop to develop, grow and play for many years to come.

Detroit Zoo guests are sure to enjoy watching the chimps swing, climb and rest in their new structure, which is scheduled to be completed next summer.

Please make your best gift today to help the Zoo’s chimpanzees thrive!
