Outreach Programs

The City of Detroit is home to a wide range of wildlife, including squirrels, opossums and even coyotes. In this outreach program from the DZS Berman Academy for Humane Education, learn about the critters who share your city, how they might experience the world and what we can do to help them.
The program’s goals include addressing misconceptions about, strengthening empathy for and promoting coexistence with local wildlife.
